Registration
The registration fee is 6.500 SEK. PhD students are invited to attend at a reduced price of 2.000 SEK. Latest registration acceptance to those prices is March 10, 2010. After that day the registration fee will be 7.500 SEK, and for PhD students 3.000 SEK.

The fee includes congress participation, graduate course in corrosion science, welcome reception, congress proceedings, lunches, refreshments and congress dinner. Accompanying persons pay 2.000 SEK for welcome reception, boating trip and congress dinner.

Payment
Invoices are expected to be sent approximately the 7th of May by the Swerea KIMAB in Sweden. Terms of payment will be stated on the invoice.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations before April 21, 2010 will be refunded. Thereafter 90% of the conference fee will be invoiced. The participation can be transferred to a colleague. 

Congress handing over
Congress proceedings on CD will be made available for the participants at the congress. Abstracts will be given in printed form together with the congress programme. Papers will not - as formerly informed - be available in printed form.

Language
The congress language will be English. 

Weather
May is spring season in Sweden with day temperatures of 12-18 ºC. May is normally one of the sunniest months of the year, but expect also showers and bring a raincoat.
